The Mexican Association of Industrial Parks, A.C. (AMPIP), with address at Sierra Candela 111, Office 318, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, C.P. 11000, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico and, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), is responsible for the confidentiality, use and protection. Consequently, the Law puts at your disposal this Privacy Notice to know how your personal data and any information collected through our website ampip.org.mx, is used, disclosed, and stored, in order to guarantee the privacy of information and the right to informative self-determination of people.

Purpose and use of information

The personal data that the AMPIP requests will be collected for the following main purposes:

1. Establish a communication channel with people interested in learning about the services offered by AMPIP.
2. Share relevant information on the industrial real estate sector in Mexico.
3. Generate statistical information on industrial parks and their tenants.
4. Promote available industrial spaces from active AMPIP membership.

In case you do not want your personal data to be used for any of these purposes, you can deny us your consent by sending us a request to the following email address informacion@ampip.org.mx.

The refusal regarding the use of your personal data for the purposes listed above, may not be a reason to deny you the services you request.

Transmission and transfer of personal data

Your data may be shared with the active membership of AMPIP, government promotion offices and investors, for statistical purposes, business promotion and investment attraction towards the properties of industrial developers, REITs, investment funds and state governments affiliated with the AMPIP.

ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use them for and the conditions of use we give them (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when it considers that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must send a request via email to informacion@ampip.org.mx and it must contain:

• Full name.
• Address.
• Telephone.
• Email used on this website.
• Copy of an official identification attached.
• Email subject “ARCO Rights”
• Description of the purpose of the writing, which may be, but not limited to the following: Revocation of consent to process your personal data; and/or Notification of the improper use of the processing of your personal data; and/or Exercise your ARCO Rights, with a clear and precise description of the data to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose. In case of Rectification of personal data, you must indicate the exact modification and attach the supporting documentation; It is important in the event of revocation of consent, that you consider that not in all cases we will be able to attend to your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation, we may require to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you must consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue providing the service you requested, or the termination of your relationship with us.

The response to your request will be made within 10 business days after receipt to the same email that sends the request.

Use of Cookies

Security measures for the protection of personal data

The Personal Data collected by AMPIP will be protected under strict confidentiality, an obligation that will continue even after the end of the relationship with the owner of the Personal Data, in accordance with article 21 of the Law. To protect the Personal Data against any damage, loss, alteration, destruction, as well as the unauthorized use, access or treatment of the same, the AMPIP has implemented sufficient and necessary administrative, technical and physical security measures, the foregoing in compliance with article 19 of the Law and other applicable regulations.

The Code of Ethics establishes the fundamental principles and values that guide us in our ethical behavior in relation to our affiliates. It also mentions the procedures to report any breach, behavior or practice that affects the heritage and image of the AMPIP due to breaches of the Code of Ethics. We commit ourselves that all cases will be treated confidentially, and corrective measures will be taken in each matter, with its internal or legal implications according to each case.
